NTCI School (Parent) Council

The NT Parent Council provides a forum through which parents and other members of the school community can contribute to improving student achievement and school performance. All parents of students at NT are members of the Parents Council. We hold monthly open meetings at the school. Each meeting includes briefings by the Principal and the staff, and we frequently have a themed presentation with a guest, devoted to a topic of special interest or concern to NT parents. The Parent Council gives financial support to a wide variety of student activities at the school. The Council works closely with the Student Council, the school administration and the staff, to ensure that there is a real sense of community at NT. Participating on the Parent Council is a rewarding experience for all parents and provides an opportunity for parents to make a difference in their children’s education.

Wed. Nov.14	Student Services presentation regarding grade by grade preparation for Post-Secondary studies (including applying for scholarships) and skills for success.

Wed. May 15	Parent Panel

Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. in Room 215 on the second floor and end at 9:00 pm. Attending NT Council Meetings is an excellent way to keep current on NT activities and to share information with other NT parents. We look forward to seeing you there!
